A gene on chromosome 7q11.23 that encodes an adapter protein which regulates a broad spectrum of general and specialised signalling pathways by binding to a large number of partners, usually by recognising a phosphoserine or phosphothreonine motif.

We selected 5 abundant TTSa-RNAs arising from genes belonging to the enriched GO categories (YWHAG, WEE1, PSMB1, CDKNA1, and BUB3, see Table 1).
