Young et al (10) have identified epidermoid cysts, some in concert with small Walthard rests, but in the absence of any other teratomatous features.
There was a paratubal cyst lined by flattened epithelium and a Walthard cell rest with cystic degeneration was also identified.

HISTOMORPHOLOGY: Multiple sections studied from the specimen labelled, Right Ovarian cyst stained with Haematoxylin and Eosin, revealed ovarian stroma along with a cystic lesion, the lining of which was replaced by fibro-vascular tissue and showed walthard cell rest [Figure 1 (c)].
