WDR20 A gene on chromosome 14q32.31 that encodes a member of the WD-repeat protein family, which are involved in various cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis and gene regulation. WDR20 regulates the activity of the USP12-UAF1 deubiquitinating enzyme complex.
