WASF3(redirected from WASP family protein member 3)
WASF3A gene on chromosome 13q12 that encodes a downstream effector involved in transmitting signals from tyrosine kinase receptors and small GTPases to the actin cytoskeleton. WASF3 plays a role in regulating cell morphology and cytoskeletal organisation, and it is required in controlling cell shape.
