DUSP4

A gene on chromosome 8p12-p11 that encodes dual-specificity phosphatase 4, a protein which regulates mitogenic signal transduction by dephosphorylating both Thr and Tyr residues on MAP kinases ERK1/MAPK3 and ERK2/MAPK1.
