AGGF1 A gene on chromosome 5q13.3 that encodes an FHA- and G patch domain-containing protein, which promotes angiogenesis and endothelial cell proliferation.
Defects in AGGF1 are a cause of Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome (OMIM:149000).
