1. the entire gaseous envelope surrounding the earth and subject to the earth's gravitational field.
2. the air or climate in a particular place. adj., atmospher´ic.
3. a unit of pressure, being that exerted by the earth's atmosphere at sea level; equal to 1.01325 × 105pascals (approximately 760 mm Hg). Abbreviated atm.

Ataxia telangiectasia mutated. A checkpoint kinase which transduces genomic stress signals to stop cell cycle progression and promote DNA repair, acting via p53, a tumour suppressor protein. Its cognate gene, ATM (see below), is mutated in ataxia telangiectasia, a rare neurodegenerative disease characterised by ataxia telangiectasias, increased chromosome fragility when exposed to ionising radiation and predisposition to lymphomas.

ATM (Gene)
A gene on chromosome 11q22-q23, which encodes a PI3/PI4 cell-cycle checkpoint kinase that phosphorylates, thereby regulating a broad range of downstream proteins—e.g., tumor suppressor proteins p53 and BRCA1, checkpoint kinase CHK2, checkpoint proteins RAD17 and RAD9, and DNA repair protein NBS1.

Mutated in

Abbreviation for standard atmosphere.

2 shows the changes in the video quality and the buffer level during streaming of a video encoded with the Constant Bit Rate (CBR) and VBR methods.
Na VBR, tal debate sobre valor nao e isento de questionamentos podendo ser visto como uma caixa preta, principalmente, no que se refere ao processo de transformacao de recursos em algo valioso para o cliente (SRIVASTAVA et al., 2014).
Second, the drastic bitrate fluctuations of actual VBR videos are effectively supported.
Inspirada no trabalho de Penrose (1959), a VBR defende a principal origem da vantagem competitiva das empresas como a posse de recursos, a qual se tornou uma abordagem estrategica de dentro para fora.
The NuVasive X-Core Mini Cervical Expandable VBR System (X-Core Mini VBR) is a vertebral body replacement device indicated for use in the cervical spine (C3-C7 vertebral bodies) in skeletally mature patients to replace a diseased or damaged vertebral body caused by tumor, fracture or osteomyelitis, in addition to the reconstruction following a corpectomy to achieve decompression of the spinal cord and neural tissues in cervical degenerative disorders, according to a company news release.
We will evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm for both CBR and VBR encoded video.
There were no significant differences in VBr (p = 0.926) and IHDS (p = 0.501) values between these two groups.
