Uragoga

(yūr'ă-gō'gă),
A genus of tropical plants (family Rubiaceae). Uragoga ipecacuanha (Cephaelis ipecacuanha) is the source of Rio or Brazilian ipecac; Uragoga acuminata (C. acuminata) is the source of Cartagena, Nicaragua, or Panama ipecac.
