USP31

USP31

A gene on chromosome 16p12.2 that encodes a widely expressed member of the protease C19 family involved in processing of polyubiquitinated precursors and ubiquitinated proteins. USP31 is also the retired HUGO symbol for what is now designated USP48, see there.
