38 Degrees

A grassroots community of UK citizens collaborating to create an “avalanche” (38º is the angle at which an avalanche occurs) of change, to defend fairness, protect rights, promote peace, preserve the planet and deepen democracy. The NHS Reforms caught the attention of 38 Degrees, which hired legal workers to look over the paperwork, who concluded that the proposed reforms remove political accountability and prevent the termination of incompetent and/or unethical people on regulatory bodies and private healthcare companies.
