Andrea Palladio (1508-80) is best known for his majestic, temple-like buildings, crowning villa landscapes, scenic urban palaces, piazzas, churches, theaters for the Vicentine nobility and the Venetian Republic, and his Quattro libri dell'architettura (Venice, 1570), a theoretical plate book of classical exempla in the new literary-to-visual tradition of Vitruvian, Albertian, and Bramantean humanist architecture and urbanism.
Height equivalent to one theoretical plate, H: The distance along the column occupied by one theoretical plate; H = L/N.
The Mean theoretical plate count, based on USP tangent calculations (USP-2014) for metronidazole peak was 9574 (Table-1).
Interestingly, this complex relationship is similar in some respects to the efficiency profile of gas and liquid chromatographic separations, where the maximum efficiency is related to the carrier gas velocity at which the theoretical plate height is minimized (19).
RegisPack[TM] columns feature excellent selectivity and high theoretical plate count for superior resolution.
Column efficiency was investigated by performing system suitability test including parameters like retention time (tR), tailing factor (T), theoretical plates (N) and resolution (Res).
Chapter <621> states: "Alternatively (as for the application of particle-size adjustments to superficially porous particles), other combinations of L and dp can be used provided the number of theoretical plates (N) is within-25 percent to +50 percent relative to the prescribed column"
These chromatographic variations were evaluated for resolution between L-carnitine and crotonoylbetaine, % assay of the drug, and theoretical plates and tailing factors of the peaks.
5 respectively; the number of theoretical plates for the metabolite was 11510 and 12141, respectively and resolution between them Rs was 15.
