fluphenazineA PHENOTHIAZINE derivative drug used in the treatment of psychotic conditions. It can be given by injection for long-term effect. The drug is on the WHO official list. Brand names are Modecate and Moditen. The drug is also formulated with other psychoactive substances and produced under the brand names of Modecate, Moditen and, with nortriptylene, Motival.
