aldicarbA lipid-soluble, sulfurated fast-acting anticholinergic carbamate-type insecticide/nematicide.
Toxicity Abdominal cramps, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness, sweating, muscle spasms, blurred vision. High levels cause respiratory failure.
Management Atropine, which neutralises the muscarinic effects caused by acetylcholine.
