The second DEP cluster was the tubulin complex, in which
TUBA4A can be targeted by vincristine to blunt mitotic chromosomal separation (Figure 2(d)).
Because of missing data from the public Agilent data set, the Agilent evaluations were performed with a 47-gene classifier, rather than a 52-gene panel with exclusion of the following genes: CIB1, FOXH1, LIFE, NCAM1 (PCAM1), and
TUBA4A (TUBA1).
