The Treatment of Mild Hypertension Study (TOMHS) investigated the occurrence of ED in 557 hypertensive men, aged 45 to 69 years, treated with either placebo or one of five active drags (acebutolol, amlodipine maleate, chlorthalidone, doxazosin maleate or enalapril maleate).
