USP7

A gene on chromosome 16p13.3 that encodes an enzyme which deubiquitinates target proteins (e.g., FOXO4, p53/TP53, MDM2, PTEN and DAXX). USP27 forms a complex with DAXX, MDM2 and RASSF1. It is widely expressed in various tissues and overexpressed in prostate cancer.

TEF1 (encoding a translation elongation factor) is targeted by miR2592f, its product is involved in protein synthesis (Saito et al.
All sequences does not work equally for all species with TEF1 gene [primer ef1 (5'- ATGGGTAAGGA (A?
Interactions between the most closely related proteins were also identified and assigned values; these proteins included SPE1, ARF1, HIS3, AMS1, HHT1, TEF1, and TOM1.
The MLST loci CAP10, CAP59, GPD1, IGS, LAC1, MPD1, PLB1, SOD1, TEF1 a, and URA5 of the environmental C.
Our results indicate that genetic material from AFLP1/VNI and AFLP4/VGI was present in CBS10496, although only 1 allele was obtained for TEF1 [alpha] and ITS.
For MLST analysis, DNA fragments of 8 unlinked genes that included CAPIO, GPD, IGS1, LAC1, PLB1, SOD1, TEF1, and URE1, were amplified by PCR (10) from 6 randomly chosen C.
