Super Super Obesity

A state of obesity beyond super obesity, characterised by a body mass index (BMI) of > 60 kg/m2, exceeding the ideal weight by about 275%, or ±150 kg
Health risks 10-fold greater mortality than normal population weight, also arthritis, dyspnoea, cancer, depression, diabetes, gastro-oesophageal reflux, heart disease, hypertension, infertility, loss of bowel/urinary control, menstrual problems, obstructive sleep apnoea, swollen legs, and venous disorders
