An atypical antipsychotic, which has been used for treatment-resistant schizophrenia and manic episodes in major depression.

Adverse effect
Amenorrhoea, galactorrhoea in women, nausea, weight gain, insomnia, akathisia, sexual dysfunction, torsades de pointes.
