Romano-Ward syndrome
[ro-mah´no ward´]prolongation of the Q–T interval with syncope, sometimes with ventricular fibrillation and sudden death; it is inherited as an autosomal dominant trait and can be triggered by stress or exercise. See also long QT syndrome.
