Rolfing movement integration

Rolfing movement integration

Movement education for developing balance, support of action in the gravitational field, and harmonious movement with gravity. Rolfing movement integration is based on the concepts formulated by Ida Rolf; it evaluates a person’s normal patterns of walking, standing, sitting and various other activities at home, work and during recreation, and helps a person achieve freer and more balanced movement by releasing specific holding patterns. Rolfing movement can be used alone or in conjunction with Rolfing.
