A specific globulin fraction derived from serum of human blood donors immunized to produce antibodies against the Rh0 antigen (D antigen), the most common antigen of the Rh blood group, used to prevent Rh-sensitization of an Rh-negative woman after delivery of a fetus that is Rh positive.
