In our model, we use four typical indicators to evaluate the detection performance, namely precision rate, recall rate
, mAP and F1-score.
Such methods may have relatively high recall rates
. But they lack efficiency since each window needs to be classified by multiple detectors and suffer from heavy confusion detections because the detectors for different categories are trained independently rather than in a coordinated manner.

It can be seen that the algorithm has a higher precision than the other hashing algorithms with the same recall rate
. However, the advantage is not obvious, and the average accuracy is slightly higher than other hash algorithms.
We set the segmentation threshold from 0 to 255, and the average precision and recall rate
of all the images of private image database are shown in Figure 7.
Precision and recall rates
are useful as measures to determine the accuracy of proposed algorithm in locating correct text regions and eliminating non-text regions and recognizing correct text characters from images.
Evaluating on event set of event networks of texts in the field of emergency, as shown in Figure 1, the average recall rate
and precision rate are 82% and 88%, respectively.
The integrated method showed the best accuracy and recall rate
. The results of the skeleton-EEG method have a large improvement than those of the EEG or skeleton method in terms of accuracy and recall rate
The Gaussian filter allows us to achieve 12% improvement for F1-score (precision rate improving by 17% and recall rate
Table 1 illustrates that Clarifai net achieves recall rate
of 86.46% and VGG Net 86.94% with 2000 false positives on FDDB dataset.
'The recall rate
will likely fall sharply should new sales have resumed on Sept.
* Recall Rate
by Product, calculated as number of recalls per total drug product lots.
