RNF5 A gene on chromosome 6p21.3 that encodes an E2-dependent E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase, which has a RING finger motif and acts as a transcription regulator. RNF5 may be involved in regulating cell motility and localisation of PXN/paxillin.
