RAB3C

A gene on chromosome 5q13 that encodes a member of the Rab subfamily of Ras-related small GTPases, which may be involved in regulating vesicular traffic between membrane compartments.

Genes located in close proximity to the significant marker included cyclic adenine monophosphate (cAMP)-specific phosphodiesterase 4D (PDE4D) and Rasrelated protein Rab-3C (RAB3C).
