Prescription Medicines Code of Practice AuthorityA non-departmental public body (quango), which is responsible for administering the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry’s (ABPI) Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical Industry at arm’s length from the ABPI. The PMCPA is responsible for processing complaints, as well as providing advice, guidance and training on the ABPI Code.
