The second proposal requested a monument or pedestal sign no more than 6 feet tall and 64 SF in area, a moveable, ground-based sign until the pedestal sign could be erected, vehicle sales with not more than three present at the same time, automobile detailing in the rear yard, and energy and transportation-related product displays.
