Passovoy factor defect

A condition described in 1975 as an autosomal dominant bleeding disorder, which was characterised by a prolonged activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT). Later work identified other causes for the prolonged APTT, casting doubt on Passovoy factor defect as a distinct clinical entity.
