A. I have to agree with you. Never heard of any difference between the two and it doesnt sound reasonable that one is better to your health than the other...

Para a conversao dos embrioes somaticos em plantas, do genotipo Paris White, o meio liquido foi superior estatisticamente aos meios semisolido com e sem carvao.
Apos a conversao em plantas do genotipo Paris White, produzidas em meio liquido, estas foram transferidas para meio MS semi-solido sem regulador de crescimento (Figura 1Q).
Para a fase de maturacao e conversao em plantas dos genotipos de alface, foi possivel observar que o genotipo Paris White foi superior quando comparado ao Red Salad Bowl, comprovando que o genotipo e um importante fator para capacitar a resposta das especies em condicoes de cultivo in vitro (HUNTER & BURRITT, 2002).
O mesmo fato foi observado no presente trabalho, em que o genotipo Paris White teve maior potencial regenerativo dos embrioes somaticos com posterior conversao das plantas, quando em meio liquido.
