Paget's disease of nipple A 'weeping', eczematoid nipple lesion often associated with underlying intraductal breast CA–DCIS and, if accompanied by a palpable mass, invasive CA Clinical Itching, burning at nipple, ± oozing, bleeding DiffDx Bowen's disease, melanoma Prognosis Survival reflects aggressiveness of underlying ductal cell carcinoma, or less commonly, lobular carcinoma.
