will provide a one-window facility for implementation of the project above 20 MW capacity, and will issue the Lol and LoS, prepare pre-qualification and bid documents, pre-qualify the sponsors, evaluate the bids' of pre-qualified sponsors, assist the sponsors/project companies in seeking necessary consents/permissions from various governmental agencies, etc.
