PDLIM7

A gene on chromosome 5q35.3 that encodes an adaptor protein thought to have a protein-assembly-scaffoding role, which has a PDZ domain (which binds to actin filaments) and a LIM domain (which functions in protein recognition as required in various contexts—e.g., transcription activation, development and cytoskeletal interaction).
