PCSK5

A gene on chromosome 9q21.3 that encodes a broadly active endoprotease of the peptidase S8 family involved in the constitutive and regulated secretory pathway. It cleaves the RX(K/R)R consensus motif and plays an essential role in establishing pregnancy through the proteolytic activation of key factors, such as BMP2 and CALD1.

The PC1, PC2, PC3, PC4, PC5, and PC6 explained 36.3%, 12.7%, 8.5%, 8.1%, 6.3%, and 5.3% of the total variance, respectively, and the cumulative variance by the six PCs was 77.1% (Table 3).

Variation in grain yield only became important in PC5 and was most strongly, and negatively, associated with soil pH.
In fact, the specimen PC5 displays a smaller [DELTA][T.sub.a1] increase with respect to the PC2 one, while a small decrease is observed by comparing [DELTA][T.sub.a1] values of the PJC5 specimen to those of the PJC2 one.
PCA transform was implemented on the ASTER TIR bands (10, 11, 12, 13, and 14) to generate five different principal components (PC1, PC2, PC3, PC4, and PC5).

The loading factors of PC4, PC5, and PC2 contributing to IC3 (Table 5) also reflect the tendency for CP-El Nino (CP-La Nina) during negative (positive) phases of AMO [79], which is visible through the symmetrical correlation signals of IC3 with SSTA (Figure 11), respectively, in CP and North Atlantic areas.
