PBX2

A gene on chromosome 6p21.3 that encodes a nuclear protein belonging to the TALE/PBX homeobox family of transcriptional factors, located within the major histocompatibility complex on chromosome 6.

Molecular pathology 
A translocation t(1;19) involving PBX2 is associated with acute pre-B-cell lymphoblastic leukaemia.
