PASD1(redirected from PAS domain-containing protein 1)
PASD1A gene on chromosome Xq28 that encodes a cancer-associated antigen thought to function as a transcription factor. Because it triggers autologous T-cell responses, PASD1 is a potential immunotherapeutic target for various haematopoietic malignancies (e.g., diffuse large B-cell lymphoma).
