P2RY11 A gene on chromosome 19p13.2 that encodes a G protein-coupled receptor for various drugs as well as adenosine and uridine nucleotides. P2RY1 is coupled to the stimulation of the phosphoinositide and adenylyl cyclase pathways and acts as a selective purinoceptor.
