KLRB1

A gene on chromosome 12p13 that encodes a C-type lectin domain protein which is expressed in natural killer (NK) cells and is involved in regulating their activity. KLRB1 inhibits NK-cell cytotoxicity and enhances anti-CD3-induced T-cell proliferation.
