NLRP10

A gene located on chromosome 11p15.4 that encodes a member of the NALP protein family, which is thought to act as a multifunctional negative regulator of cellular activity by inhibiting CASP1/caspase-1-dependent IL1B secretion and PYCARD-mediated apoptosis.
