NHS PASA

NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency. An executive agency of the UK Department of Health which was responsible for procuring pharmaceuticals, equipment and supplies for the NHS. Much of PASA’s work was devolved to Buying Solutions, NHS Supply Chain and the NHS Business Services Authority. It ceased operation in May 2010.
