Multi Deanery Appointment Process
Multi Deanery Appointment ProcessA system formerly used in the UK for matching newly graduated doctors to training posts. The MDAP was notoriously inconsistent, as different regions used different application processes, a criticism which was addressed by the Modernising Medical Careers initiative, under which graduates apply to foundation programmes nationally, which encourages a fair and open competition.
