A pattern of bone radiolucency. Class II lesions appear in osteolysis in Gaucher’s disease and lethal hypophosphatasia—at the ends of long bones with severe ossification defects and short long bones—leukemia, osteosarcoma, reticulum cell sarcoma, myeloma, and hyperparthyroidism
