Monster of Florence

A nickname given to a person or persons who perpetrated 16 murders between 1968 and 1985 in the province of Florence, Italy, using the same MO, the same gun and killing essentially the same type of victims (in each, two lovers were found dead or dying next to each other). The killer was never caught.
