Mental Health Minimum Data SetA data set which contains “record level” data about NHS services delivered to people in the UK with severe and enduring mental health problems for a defined period of time. The MHMDS was developed to collect person-centred information and record packages of care received by an individual, and is collected by a particular Trust and submitted to the Department of Health. The data reported are numbers, not names.
