arises from the medial cord of the brachial plexus, unites in the axilla with the lateral cutaneous branch of the second intercostal nerve, and supplies the skin of the medial side of the arm.

medial brachial cutaneous nerve

A sensory nerve originating in the medial cord of the brachial plexus and composed of axons from spinal cord segments C8–T1. It innervates skin on the medial side of the arm.
