MUSE classification

A scheme used to describe the endoscopic appearance of reflux disease in the oesophagus, as well as monitor the patient over time, by assessing four histopathological parameters:
• Metaplasia (intestinal);
• Ulcer;
• Stricture;
• Erosions.
