MPP2

A gene on chromosome 17q12-q21 that encodes palmitoylated membrane protein 2, a member of the membrane-associated guanylate kinase homologs (MAGUK) family, which interacts with the cytoskeleton and regulates cell proliferation, signalling pathways and intracellular junctions. MPP2 is thought to play a role in signal transduction.

In the case of NW-ICE, the connection to EMSL's main trunk line occurred during a regularly scheduled down time for MPP2, so there was no disruption to a live facility.
Hence, a positive [DELTA]V is required to reach the MPP2 which is shown in Fig.
