MPDZ

A gene on chromosome 9p23 that encodes a protein with multiple PDZ domains, which interacts with HTR2C and triggers its clustering at the cell surface. MPDZ is part of the NMDAR signalling complex, which may play a role in controlling AMPAR potentiation and synaptic plasticity in excitatory synapses.
