MACOP-B

MACOP-B

A third-generation combination chemotherapy regimen consisting of methotrexate with leucovorin rescue, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednisone and bleomycin.
Despite extensive clinical research, CHOP is considered better than MACOP-B for NHLs—it is less expensive, less complicated to administer and has fewer fatal toxic effects.
