dermatopathic lymphadenitisA type of lymph-node hyperplasia, which occurs in response to various forms of generalised dermatitis, especially exfoliative types (e.g., psoriasis, mycosis fungoides). It is a T-cell response to skin antigens, processed and presented by interdigitating dendritic cells.
