Leriche syndrome

 [lĕ-rēsh´]
fatigue in the hips, thighs, or calves on exercising, absence of femoral pulsations, impotence, and often pallor and coldness of the lower limbs, usually affecting males and due to chronic obstruction of the aortic bifurcation.
