Lasègue disease - obsolete eponym for delusions of persecution.
Lasègue sign - when patient is supine with hip flexed, dorsiflexion of the ankle causes pain or muscle spasm in the posterior thigh indicates lumbar root or sciatic nerve irritation.
Lasègue syndrome - in conversion hysteria, inability to move an anesthetic limb except under control of the sight.
